We are very happy with our new boiler. Lee has done an amazing job, worked all day without a break to make sure we had hot water again. Very pleased with the level of finish, all pipes look tidy and neat. Glad to find a reliable and professional plumber, will definitely use his services in the future.

Lee Irving installed an Ideal Logic Combi Max 30 kw boiler with a Wi Fi Ideal Halo control and with a ten year guarantee, over a two and a half day period.
He had provided me with a (free and prompt) detailed quote after a pre-arranged visit whilst observing strict covid preventative conditions which were observed throughout the period of installation.
Lee is a great chap, exceptionally knowledgeable about different heating systems (and qualified to install them) and is more than prepared to listen as well as advise, without any pressure whatsoever! Wow.

Had a major disaster boiler broke down in middle of coldest spell I can remember I called Irving plumbers who came next day.The engineer was professional and updated me on all the problems we agreed a start date. The work that was carried out was fantastic a lovely clean job with constant updates on what was happening and why..I would thoroughly recommend this company to everyone who maybe having issues with their boiler. The workmanship was top draw and I cannot Thank them enough.

We've just moved to Minster Kent and needed an upgrade as we had the old F&E system. Lee was suggested and he came round, offering good advice. The Estimate was reasonable and not only did he fit a new boiler but utilised the existing electricity supply, saving money. He is a CAN DO tradesman, finding solutions instead of grumbling about other peoples work. This is most refreshing and I would happily recommend him to anybody.

I recently had Irving Plunbing install a new boiler. All steps in the process were carried out seamlessly, from advising on the best replacement through to fitting the boiler and walking me through the instructions for its use.
