Services
Thompson Wilson provide both Full Building Surveys and Intermediate Surveys on properties of all ages, sizes, style and price. We produce a report tailored to your particular requirements, with a prompt and professional turnaround. A Building Survey is recommended for older buildings (pre-1920) as well as larger buildings and those of unusual construction.
Thompson Wilson specialises in selling, acquiring and valuing Residential Development Land. If you have a building plot for sale, with or without planning permission, or a house needing renovation, Thompson Wilson can provide advice to maximise your asset. Additionally, if your property has development potential, we can advise on the best course of action, at the same time ensuring flexibility, confidentiality and the best price.

Keith is very arrogant and rude! I've asked for a paid survey as a property developer and with a raised tone I was told I am a third party and the owner should contact them to ask for the survey! Seams like they need to learn the definition of their job description! A survey is undertaken by a property buyer/investor to protect their investment! Simple!
