Awful customer service, to note-this was when speaking with the manager.
There was a different problem with our boiler after a member of their team installed a part, I tried contacting and left a voicemail. No call back. The problem was intermittent and not urgent and a couple of months whizzed past so I called again, only to be spoken to with disrespect, rudeness, unnecessary information about his personal life and that that was why I’d had no call back. When I tried to ascertain and understand if the problem could have been because of the new part, he insulted my intelligence by being patronising

R Wilson are very good with picking up the phone on time and given appointment that they keep to.
What I did not like about them is the actual quality of work done and their lack of accountability.
I called for their services recently and each time of the jobs on the 3 occasions were half complete. When I called them to come back to fix the incomplete task, they charged me another £80 callout fee! Even though it was to come back and complete the task they did not finish properly in the first place. To cut the long story short, they have managed to make the situation in my toilet worse than when
