We have 20 years' experience constructing basements below or near to existing buildings and have completed over 250 basement projects in that time. We regularly complete above ground structural works. This is usually part of a basement construction project, but we can undertake above ground structural works on a stand-alone basis. We undertake challenging below ground structural works. Historically we have completed foundation works to allow additional storeys to be built on top of existing buildings and to allow major structural alterations to existing buildings. We have completed these below ground structural elements by working from the ground level down and by tunnelling underneath existing buildings.
