Our Tolworth-based Heatas registered fireplace installers supply and fit stoves for clients throughout Surrey, including in Banstead, Epsom, Kingston and New Malden.

I wanted to place on record my thanks and appreciation for the work undertaken yesterday to replace our gas fire and surround. Everyone involved was very professional and determined to provide a high level of customer service. This included Sue in the showroom and Steve for his initial visit and eventual installation The work was undertaken with a minimum of fuss, and we are delighted with the result.

The WORST customer services I’ve ever experienced. I bought two gas fires from these people a few years back and came back ready to buy another/possibly convert to a an open fireplace. The lady in the shop just wouldn’t help us and was so rude when we were simply trying to ask her some questions. This place will be losing money from having this rude person doing the floor sale. Big shame.
