I can’t recommend Shaun enough. Had him out to fit a new Google Nest thermostat and unfortunately, due to poor wiring from a previous company it made the job extremely difficult for Shaun, but at no point did he give up. He got on with the job, completed it to a very high standard and fixed the wiring for us. I was expecting an extortionate price at the end due to the amount of hours needed to complete the job, but Shaun was true to his word and charged us the original fee quoted.

Shaun from Masterheat installed Nest thermostats for us. Shaun was excellent, very knowledgeable about the Nest system, very thorough and careful and very helpful in explaining how it works. Also when we noticed a minor problem with one of the hot water tanks not turning on Shaun came and had a look very quickly and sorted it out with no fuss. Shaun went above and beyond throughout.

Shaun installed our gas boiler last year. I had gained several quotes and went with Masterheat as Shaun appeared very knowledgeable and professional. We are delighted with the Intergas boiler, it performs brilliantly, and although I’m not qualified to comment, looks like a really tidy installation. Shaun recently serviced our boiler and something that is really welcome is that he has attended punctually each time and even sends a text to let us know he’s on his way. I would feel confident to recommend Masterheat and Intergas to a friend.

We have had issues with a pre installed Nest Thermostat in our house. The heating was coming on in the middle of the night when it shouldn’t be. We contact Shaun at Masterheat. Shaun was great - he took us through the thermostat step by step and allowed us to change settings within the system. Friendly service and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Shaun has installed our combi-boiler a year ago and just completed the first annual service. I now feel that I have enough experience with the boiler to give an honest review. I’m very happy with the Intergas boiler and Honeywell thermostat we have. More than enough pressure to quickly fill the bath or when taking a hot shower. I used the iPhone App to set up a heating schedule and didn’t have to adjust anything since then. We enjoy the constant temperature around the house, never too hot nor too cold. Condensation on the windows is a thing of the past too. Shaun is a nice person and a true
