Mario is superb. Excellent knowledge. On dot punctual. 100% satisfied. Any plumbing he will be the only one I will be calling. Called him at 06:00 AM told he will be here at 07:30 AM but he was here at 07:15 AM and sorted the problem at 08:15 AM including the parts. Call out on Thursday evening and arrived (in Walton on Thames) within 30 minutes.
Stopped water coming through ceiling efficiently and agreed to come back 8am on Saturday morning when problem was fixed (involved taking up some floorboards). Polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonable charges (double hourly rate out of hours). I will be using again in the future as my regular - not just my emergency - plumber.

These guys are top notch! Compared to the scam company EPHG and a very sloppy job by Ali Heating and Plumbing emergency servies, Mario and his team showed up and put things right.
My boiler started to make a rumbling noise on Friday in the middle of the night which it has never done before. I had to deal with it for two days which also ruined the weekend for me. Thankfully Mario showed up on Sunday morning and within 20 min the issue was diagnosed and fixed. One of the filters was open which cause water getting up to the boiler and causing pressure. From outside my flat water was dripping down

Mario was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. After 4 visits from homeserve engineers. Mario identified the issue within 20min of his first visit and manage to fix it temporarily and we now have running hot water. Highly recommend Mario for any one looking for a plumber to fix their boiler/cylinder.

This builders have done amazing job in my house . Installation of new boiler and water tank in the loft, which I have got lot of space downstairs. Done entire plumbing and electrical work in my house, new bathroom and kitchen looks amazing and good finishing. Definitely I will recommend this builders for quality job and reasonable price.

Mario from emergency plumber chertsey is very honest, professional and does a first class job every time. I have employed this firm on 5 different occassions and on every occasion they have carried out the works to an extremly high level. All my tenants are really impressed and so am I and my wife!!

I was recommended Mario and can see why. Called him, he answered straight away, was polite, came to see me about a leaking boiler same day. Ordered part in front of me. Came back next day to fit and repair. Not an easy job, as legacy boiler, but he managed to sort and get up and running again. Pricing was transparent and fair. I've now booked him for some more work next week!
