2 hours late. Identified the problem and left, saying that he would order the part. I didn't hear anything for a few days before I had to ring up. The company couldn't get hold of their own plumber for a week!!! They promised to phone me back to update me several times – they never did!
After ringing them 3 times a day, I cancelled the job with them. They are only interested in taking your money rather than any customer service. Awful.

Avoid at all cost. Scammers. They are not a local company but is a company called TOWNFORCE and they hire engineers from anywhere in London. They setup multiple websites claiming to be from local area. Ours came 6hrs late from North London, and was going back to Central London for another job. He finished the minor work in 30mins but the company had taken my credit card details beforehand so they charged me for 1.5 hrs. No response when asking for refund.

I was told that plumber would arrive at 5pm. No contact made and when I called I was told he would come between 8-9pm. Finally he arrived at 9:30pm without any tools and assessed the job only to tell that he cannot fix it today. He did not even open the unit and said it needs parts? After 5 minutes of visiting and no fix I was told that I have to pay £132 for visiting? Total rip off!!
