Mark Charnock has been excellent from the time we first contacted him to diagnose heating problem and instail new boiler. He promptly gave us a number of options with costs and we were able to arrange a date for the work without too much delay. Mark carried out a powerflush and fitted a magnetic filter to my heating system, he also repaired a leak caused by the expansion vessel. He was professional, tidy and friendly. Actually charged less than the initial phone quote, so happy with that. Would use him again.
