As a main contractor we undertake projects from 250K to 5 million. We carry out traditional build and design & build contracts for private clients, organisations and developers. Our previous projects include many luxury residential properties in prime London locations. English Heritage Listed Buildings, converted churches and penthouse apartments. This new house in a conservation area has a H-shaped plan, glazed open corners and flush thresholds connect interior spaces to the garden.
Philiam's vast experience with Local Authority contracts include a wide range of impressive projects involving schools, colleges and nurseries in the education sector, heritage buildings, civic buildings and social housing. Working in a 'live' school environment we carried out extensive refurbishment within the main building.
