Support varies by team member to team member. Intercom used to make responses 'fast' but often replies are useless and non-specific. When you do get a response and start chatting, the follow up message can take 20 mins, and something which should be fast to resolve takes hours.
Lack of information provided by support and in all honesty, having the option to speak directly to the support team would result in better support and faster resolution. Rather than currently waiting 20+ mins for each to get a reply even after a support staff is allocated.

My 3 Months review
Hi Guys, My experience with Arthur online is this is a broken system, wasted my 3 months time and money, they are not content with your monthly unit fee, they are only interested in booking sessions which they want to charge you £1.35 a min minimum time you can have is 45 mins, so if you have 1 question you need to use up 45 mins which will cost you £54.00. Trup and crew are not there to help you grow, they lease you a software which is broken and then help you fix it for £54.00, there live chat is a few hours wait most of the staff don’t understand the software themselves
