Iv used a few systems for different companies, this one is preety good, its easy to find your way round and its good that we have different options to record information under and you can also create your own headingvwhichvis, excellent for highlighting issues that nerd to be brought up at handover it's also very user friendly and is suitable fir use with Pws. So it's very good for inclusion and active support.
Defo impressed and I like using it in work probably the best system iv used in work.

Awesome app which has made logging the support we give so much easier! The app is user friendly, which is ideal for the range of staff we have using the app. It's great for recording service users medication and personal care and service users activities and much more . This app really helped us during lockdown.

My experience with working with dot watt is good. I and others careers are working in a team. I assisted dot with her day to day activities. Assisted her with personal care, dry, cream, pad change, dressed. Assisted with food and meditation. Left others career will come in to transfer her to the commode. We will charge her pad. Transfer her to the chair. Make her comfortable. I always charting with and watched tv together. She is a lovely lady. I happy to work with her.

A nice app with all necessary core functionalities for care management. Easy to use. A few things could be improved such as
1) eMar chart should allow dosage and or schedule to be editable for a medication after setup rather than discontinue the medication, then add it back again with new dosage or schedule time
2) Suction could be added to the clinical section
3) Would be handy if the personal care routine could be customised
4) Be nice to see a rota feature included in the near future
Overall is a nice care management app
