Services
These regulations require that, when disposing of electrical and electronic equipment at the end of its useful life, it must be recycled and/or disposed of in accordance with the directive. The manufacturer or importer (the producer) of the goods is responsible for their disposal/recycling in the correct manner.
Contact our Returns Department on (01268) 285487or email info@secure-access.co.uk to request a returns authorisation number. A SAT Customer Returns (CRR) report will be emailed. Please ensure a copy is returned with the goods. Package the goods in the original packaging and place in an outer package, to keep the original clean and free from damage, enclosing a copy of the CR report.
