Dawn Darling is a fully insured Sweep for Sweep Safe and a Hetas Registered Chimney Sweep and installer. All sweeps are finished with a smoke draw test and a certificate with details of the sweep is issued in accordance with Sweep Safe/Hetas regulations. All wood, solid fuel and multifuel burners should be cleaned at least once a year. Discounts available for four or more chimneys in the same area on the same day (all of your own, or yours and a neighbor's!)

Dawn and Emily came to sort out my chimney problems this week. They diagnosed and advised, giving clear information, explanations and options every step of the way. Chimney now unblocked, swept, new pot installed, gutters cleared to stop damp, Knocked through fireplace and made ready for new log burner which they are installing next week.

First time experience of having a chimney sweep & i must say Dawn was great from the start, very friendly & professional. On doing the sweep Dawn kept it all very clean & not a mess in sight & answered all my worries & questions without hesitation. Will definitely be using Dawn again. After moving into our new home last year Dawn came to sweep our chimney and immediately informed us that our log burner installation was very unsafe (cheers to the cowboy builder).
We asked Dawn to install a new burner and chimney liner. This was done in an extremely professional manner with minimal fuss and mess and we are grateful to Dawn for all the advice given throughout.

Amazing job on my chimney and fireplace! Dawn carried out an assessment of chimney and damp problems and gave me a clear range of options and recommendations for the work needed. She cleared the chimney… blockage, replaced the chimney bricks and pot, lined and tiled the fireplace and, after plastering work was done, fitted and finished with a brilliant log burner. Thank you Dawn for amazing job, everything left neat and sparkling clean!

16/11/2015 - This is the fifth year Dawn has cleaned and swept my log burner and I have booked in for next year before she left the house! Dawn is friendly and reliable, arrives on time, makes no mess and has given excellent advice over the years on how to maximise on the output of the burner. Her price is very reasonable and I would highly recommend her services.
