We were formed in 2000 and since then have continued to become one of the most trusted building companies in Cornwall. Our whole ethos is to provide an A1 building service not just to new customers but to continue to support and work on new projects for our existing clients.
We are one of very few companies that specialise in Cob repairs in Cornwall. We are fortunate to have worked on many restoration projects where traditional cob and lime techniques have been required. A substantial amount of my work is removing impervious cement render creating damp problems if you need advise call A1 Complete Builders and we will be happy to help.
A1 Complete Builders was awarded this contract due to our experience in conversions and cob renovation work. The project consists of a new block and beam floor, for the new kitchen and dining room area and a complete restoration of the existing cob barn. The client is one of our previous happy customers who lives in St Allen.
A1 Complete Builders have been instructed to undertake extensive external works to an existing clients property in Mousehole. Our Clients parking area is showing signs of slippage and moving. J.L.A Engineering consultants have designed 3 concrete retaining walls with steel mesh and bars built in to cavities with concrete c35 infill.

I have used Keith and his team at A1 complete for many jobs at my businesses. I feel that Keith is a very genuine and helpful proprietor. The builders made it easy for me to undetestand what work needed to be carried out, why it needed to be carried out and without any corners being cut. I also felt that relative to the quality of work (second to none) the prices of A1 complete are always fair and accurate. A brilliant local building company proving a great service to customers. Will definately use again and recomend to friends.

We are very happy with the service received from A1 Complete Builders. They are polite, punctual, hard working and always clean up after themselves. The standard of work was exceptional and the best thing was that the quote we were given was the price we paid - now that doesn't happen very often!
