I’m really unhappy that I have paid £83 for a call out for Carlton to look at my oven and then he tells me that the parts will be available within 3-5 days however 3 weeks later no items. As the have to order parts from SMEG, they have no delivery date. Carlton doesn’t answer the phone or reply to text messages. I’m so disappointed. His colleague wa Glenn was also called out to fix my microwave and I was charge £93.50, not sure why the difference in price again extremely rude and didn’t even give me a report to provide smeg. This has been very hard for me as my parents rely on these being

Wish I had seen this before I contacted them. The boy that came to my house had the brass neck to pretend he knew what he was doing and rang me later to take my payment for the parts. Luckily I paid by Visa so hopefully I will be getting the money back. Who can you trust now days, never had anything like this happen before, Disgusted.

I hired Fix It Domestics to repair my dishwasher. They took note of the error code but made no inspection of the machine and said it needed new parts, for which they would quote. I paid the labour fee up front, which would cover me for the future repair. I had to chase the quote, which I got verbally. I asked for it in writing as the quote for parts seemed excessive. I finally got clarification on the parts and they were quoting over double the cost. They then suggested I get the parts myself, but when I came to order them from Bosch they thought they may be the wrong parts. I then decided to call

They tried to fix my Bosch dishwasher but were very slow; first time said it needed a part, came back weeks later, then to find they needed another part. Weeks later again they said they were unable to get it. So I waited over 2 months and got nowhere! Admittedly parts may have been delayed because of Covid, and they did give me a full refund- after some chasing! They were also polite and friendly, so for this reason they get 3 stars.

The engineer Carlton attended attended to fix a Smeg integrated dishwasher under warranty. They were sent by the manufacturer. They damaged my integrated kitchen, leaving over £500 of damage. Smeg sent them to inspect this damage - and they denied all involvement. Avoid this company at all costs. The complaint is ongoing with SMEG

Avoid this company at all costs, their engineer Carlton came to my house at a cost of £77.50, was very amateurish, said he would call me with a quotation to repair my Cannon cooker. NO response until I pestered them when they said the parts were unobtainable, even though the cooker was till being manufactured. Called another company and they repaired the cooker using the part I bought. I would give them NO stars, but you have to give one to post a review. They are cowboys!

Shameful cowboy. Should not be allowed to take your money. He I’ll come over , take your £77 , give a cursory glance over the machine and tell you it needs a part then disappear into the ether. I called daily for weeks and eventually he came back with the part he said it needed , which was the wrong part , so he went away to order another part. Told him not to bother and said goodbye to nearly £100, put it down to experience. Don’t go anywhere near this cowboy and his company. Will be reporting him to Checkatrade.

We called them to fix a cooker ring in September, we were told we had to pay £96 call out plus £46.50. Carlton (the Managing Director) came out to look and we paid the money. He said it would come off of any parts or labour. He told us we needed a new electric ring and a new switch. He said he would let me know when these were in. He contacted me via email two weeks later to say they weren’t able to get the ring but could get the switch. I called them and they said that if I can get the ring then they would get the switch and fit it. I sourced one in less than
