Our 10 year old microwave's sensor panel gave out and it was uneconomical to repair. Contacted Peter at Budget Appliances last weekend, new microwave fully installed today. Excellent communication from Peter and a much better price than the manufacturer. Burin, who did the installation, was fantastic. Thank you so much.

Smashed my hob on a Sunday night, phoned through on Monday and by Monday night I had a new hob. The guy that fitted it clearly squeezed me in at the end of the day as he came quite late. As a single parent with no microwave I rely on my hob. They did everything right an it didn’t cost me an arm an leg.

My oven had packed in and Budget appliances was recommended to me by a cooker engineer. I was reluctant to approach them as normally get my electricals from John Lewis because of the excellent customer service. However how wrong was I. From the start dealing with Richard at Budget Appliances whose customer service was exemplary I was amazed. The shop that saved Christmas! :) My tenants' oven broke, perfect timing, and a repair wasn't possible. Budget Appliances arranged a replacement, to have it fitted and to take away the old one (gone, but not forgotten) in time for the festive cooking. Very efficient, polite and helpful service. Called in twice to buy an appliance. First time, service was good and was given a competitive quote without much bother. Second time, I went in saying that I was ready to buy, but the guy made it the most difficult and stressful experience possible. Was trying to support a local business but wouldn't bother with this one.

I looked on line for a new cooker, My sister recommended i should call Budget Appliances. They priced matched the cooker I had seen and had it delivered and installed with in Two days. The delivery guys were brilliant, very professional and adhered to social distancing while in my property also wearing masks and gloves. They took my old cooker away and installed my new one in no time at all. Highly recommend and glad i supported a local company. I will only buy from Budget appliances in the future .
