Looked at the reviews online and decided to call this company out when my dishwasher broke. Alas they weren’t able to mend it (old and beyond repair) and Tracy in their office helped me source one which was pretty tricky seeing as all new consumer goods seem to be in short supply at the moment - very impressed with her. Jacob and Chris fitted the new one - such friendly and professional lads. Highly recommend this company.

When we needed assistance with our fridge, we contacted Yorkshire Appliances. Danny, the Engineer, arrived at the time agreed, was polite, experienced and was indubitably very customer focused.

These chaps have exceptional customer services. I called them a couple of years ago about my dishwasher. They offered advice over the phone and I was able to fix it myself. This week my washing machine went on the blink. I rang them up and again they offered advice but didn’t have engineers until the following week. After ringing around to get something more immediate I couldn’t find anyone so I booked them in and paid the fee. Over the weekend my machine inexplicably started working again so I called to cancel the appointment. I was a bit nervous about cancelling because I didn’t want to

The team came out same day to check our broken fridge freezer but it was beyond repair. We purchased a new one, same day and received £50 refund from the call-out fee. We were given a temporary fridge until our new one could be fitted, which was much appreciated. A Friendly efficient service. Highly recommended!

I purchased a washer / dryer over the telephone from Traci.
Excellent customer service from start to finish.
The price was extremely competitive. The product was delivered promptly and on time. Staff were happy to facilitate delivery around my busy schedule…..not an option with other competitors!
The delivery driver was polite & professional.
10/10 all round.
Historically I have had disappointing customer service from other competitors who seem to dominate Page 1 on the search engines!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Yorkshire Appliances and would happily use them in the future

Originally rang to repair my dishwasher, engineer came out the next day but sadly due to the age of my dishwasher and the price of the part it wasn't worth repairing.
I called Yorkshire Appliances again to see if they could find me a new dishwasher, from start to the finish the staff were really helpful I couldn't ask for better service from a local company.
I got a £30 reduction on my new dishwasher and best of all I was on the phone on a Saturday lunchtime and within an hour brand new dishwasher delivered to my door. Great service would highly recommend.

I rang to ask if they did washing machine repairs and it was very clearly explained to me about the pro's and con's of having the bearings replaced. I chose to order a new machine which was available for next day delivery. They offered a 1hr delivery window which was perfect to allow us to get home to accept the delivery. The men that arrived with the machine were superb, the old machine taken away and new one installed within a very short space of time. I will be recommending Yorkshire Appliances whenever I can. Super service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Thank you

My fridge freezer broke down and they came out very quickly to check , they had no hidden costs and were very clear in commuicating with me what the issue was. I had to get a new one and again they helped me through this with a smooth process. On installing they were very helpful and friendly, quick efficient installation with clear communication. The engineers arrived within 15 minutes of calling the shop. Our washing machine fault was quickly diagnosed and the new part ordered online there and then. The engineers returned 48 hours later to fit the new part. Machine returned speedily and professional to fully functional. The 2 guys were very polite and efficient. We had first class service at a good price from this company and will most certainly use them again and recommend them highly to others.
