We offer the full White Knight range with Free delivery within the UK mainland*. We provide a reliable service, with most orders being processed on the day of purchase.
Following recent reports in the media regarding Creda, Hotpoint & Indesit tumble dryers, we would like to reassure customers that the design of White Knight appliances differs significantly to these brands and as such they are NOT affected by the current safety notice and service action plan mentioned in the media.
White Knight Appliances offer delivery to the UK Mainland Only. We do not deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, or off shore islands, and other areas accessed by Boat or Ferry. The cost of delivery is included in all the prices stated on the website. Surcharges may apply to some areas. Where a surcharge applies, you will be given the option to pay the surcharge or cancel your order.
We do not offer Recycling on Delivery of a New Appliance which means we do not remove your old machine for you. However, we can recycle your old appliance for you for FREE if you bring the item to our recycling point in Halifax. Alternatively you can ship your old appliance to us at your own cost within 28 days of purchase of your new appliance.
I have a problem with my machine, how do I arrange an Engineer? Please check our Guarentees and Warranties page for information on how to proceed if you have not found a fix in the following FAQs. For small compact dryers, the reset button is in the centre of the machine at the rear and is a fan shaped red button.

Nothing to do with White Knight appliances AT ALL.
COMPANY NO LONGER EXISTS!? Which I had already assumed as the factory was demolished several months ago and we live around 1 mile from site!!
HOWEVER!! I contacted them to ask about White Knight dryers in stock! And the detail supplied and help given has resulted in a 1⭐ easily becoming a 5⭐ score! Very well deserved☺️.

Absolute rubbish appliance's. I purchased a white knight spin dryer for my dad from Amazon and within 6 months it broke and when I tried to get it fixed they wouldn't do anything about it then all of a sudden the spin dryer was removed from Amazon. Something plastic had snapped from inside the spin dryer. Stay well clear of there products they are cheaply made and there after sales is terrible.

Bought a tumble dryer in October 2019 and so far the component that enabled the machine to heat up has broken which was repaired. However, less than 4 weeks later the machine now doesn't even start. Engineer came out under the terms of the warranty and ordered a new control panel. This part is currently on order without any timescale. Warranty company says it's still considered out for repair whilst White knight have switched their phones off and are failing to respond to emails that have been sent via their own form on their website. Please consider other companies before using White Knight as

I bought a vented dryer directly from the manufacturer. Delivery was smooth and as agreed. Communication with the company was on point.
I chose a White Knight dryer as I noticed a common theme amongst reports and stories on forums and review boards. The dryers don't seem to break. At their price range I was more than willing to put this to test. I hope my story will be as successful as others.
As for my dryer, I bought the C86A7W sensor vented dryer. I have using it for a month now. The program settings do exactly what they say. Could not be easier to use. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Ordered directly from White Knight for a replacement for our very old WK tumble dryer. Only needed a fairly basic full size machine with reverse action. The old machine had provided excellent service so stuck to a manufacturer we know and trust (and not made in China like so much is). Order deat with very promptly and delivered quicker than what was originally informed, so much the better. Can't fault the service or machine. We'll built, quiet and efficient, can't ask for more really, perfect!

Excellent service tumble dryer replaced previous White Knight which needed a repair but after 10 years service I fancied a new one with sensor drying it’s really good and a lot quieter than my old one. Overall a great company that makes quality machines with a very good customer service and the delivery driver was great too although he’d not had a good day with lots of delays on the way to us!

There are very few integrated tumble dryers on the market and White Knight is a name I trust so bought one from them. It was delivered on time and the customer service was excellent. It fitted perfectly in the space already there and we were able to fit the cabinet door on the machine. It is much quieter than my previous tumble dryer and I have found it dries without creasing most items so saving on the ironing. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Moved house at the end of last year and was gutted I could not take my tumble dryer with me as it was integrated. I thought I could make do without one in my new home, but no! Had two White Knight dryers before and they are reliable and reasonably priced. Never ordered direct from the manufacturer before, but was pleasantly surprised that the price was competitive and the service from ordering through to delivery was first class. They communicated every step clearly to me and it arrived when they said it would. Very pleased.
