Phoned Craig yesterday about a replacement boiler, he came out same day and gave me a great price. I accepted it and he and his guys fitted it today and did a very good job and cleaned up afte r they finished.

Contacted PHG solutions based on reviews. Got a quick response after sending message via website and discussed the list of plumbing jobs that needed doing. Heard nothing for weeks so sent another message on website asking if PHG was interested in coming to quote and if not, I just wanted to know, so I could start to search for another plumber. Got a phone call from Craig so discussed the work we needed doing. Was asked for my address, so an engineer could come to quote on work. 4th Oct a nice engineer came over and was really helpful with his advice. He took away all the details about the work

Craig was fantastic. Came first thing on a bank holiday to sort a mystery noise coming from the water pump - sorted in seconds. He's also just installed our new boiler - he's done a fantastic job again. Smooth, fast and highly professional
Sadly since my first review we have struggled to get Craig to come back. He came to view a bathroom job for us and agreed a start date. We have had several contacts since including a further appointment and no show. No response since despite further contacts. On the basis of the first job he was fantastic and I am sorry to have to change the review.

Called well after hours due to a faulty cistern, made worse by the fact we were going on holiday the next day. Call out agreed for 08:30 the next morning. Plumbers showed up at 08:15, diagnosed fault, left to buy the parts, were back and cistern replaced by 08:50. Exceptional service and a very reasonable price.

Craig provided and excellent quote, then delivered the products as agreed. He then blitzed through the job changing all radiators in the house and cleaned up as he and his colleague went. Brilliant,price,service and attitude. Attention to detail and cleanliness are not traits often seen these days but Craig's work is impeccable. I highly recommend phg solutions and I have asked him to be my service engineer as I was so impressed by is work and work ethic.

After calling to arrange a time to install a dishwasher PHG Solutions arrived on time, gave me all options for the best way to complete the plumbing/installation of the dishwasher, got the parts I was needing and it was quickly set up. After the dishwasher was working he made sure everything was clean and tidy as it was before. I would recommend for anyone looking for a plumber, very happy with this service.

Received expert advice and a reasonable quote for a replacement boiler on 31 December. Craig and his team did an excellent job of replacing the boiler in 4 hours on the 5th January and were very professional from start to finish explaining how to use the boiler and cleared all rubbish. Would highly recommend PHG solutions.
