Firstly we do a driveway site survey using a Cable Avoiding Tool to locate electricity, gas, water, phone lines services. We then set level pegs to ensure the surface area is dug out to the correct depth of 225mm. This allows for the paving blocks, bedding and the sub-base. If there are any soft spots they are filled and compacted.
