The importance of a central heating system should never be underestimated. Central heating systems in a domestic property are often taken for granted but they are an essential and very important part of a household. They must be maintained and regularly serviced to ensure they are safe, continuous and smooth running.
Underfloor heating is inexpensive to install, economical to run, there is no maintenance and above all the heat distribution is total. It is invisible in so much as there are no radiators or heaters showing. Heat-Tek are experienced installers of underfloor heating. We can install Under Floor Heating effectively for any type of flooring including screed, wooden floors and tiles.
As with all larger installations a different approach is needed to overcome the problems that arise from the demand of wanting to use many bathrooms at the same time without having to use individual pumps throughout the property. Heat-Tek can design and install bespoke water booster sets designed to run an unlimited amount of bathrooms at the same time with superb pressure and flow rates that are required with most modern taps and showers.
An air source heat pump extracts heat from the outside air in the same way that a fridge extracts heat from its inside. It can get heat from the air even when the temperature is as low as -15° C. I left a message on their contact page which was never replied to. I then left a voicemail which also not replied to. I needed servicing to an extensive area of underfloor heating as well as servicing to a boiler with a possible need for a replacement. I just don't understand companies who do bother to respond at all. A well designed website but you need to get the basics right. Post script: In fairness Heat-Tek have indeed replied to me and have informed me that they were away when I made my enquiries.
