Collyer Construction Ltd is a Hampshire based construction firm specializing in two-storey extensions, new builds, conversions and renovations to the very highest of standards. We cover a flexible geographical area, quoting for projects not based on solely on distance, but where we believe we can offer a highly personal approach, to deliver and exceed on high client specifications and premium finishes.
Collyer Construction Ltd is directed and professionally managed by Chris Collyer. Chris has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry and uses this expertise to ensure every build we undertake is a perfect fit for Collyer Construction Ltd. Chris maintains a very hands on and proactive approach to every project, staying involved and in regular communication from the initial tender stages through to completion.
We know quotes and estimates can vary wildly, often the final price bears little resemblance to the initial estimate you went with. This is why we won't price a job unless you have planning permission AND full drawings. We just don't believe in the finger in the air technique, we also won't price down to catch customers.

Amazing, Collyer Construction have been fantastic, from the first moment we met Chris you could see his years of experience and knowledge really shone through and was competitive with his quote. We signed with Chris and work started, the team were always very knowledgeable in their individual trades, they were always punctual, tidy and accommodating, even keeping the oven and sink in place until the last minute to give us facilities even though we had no walls surrounding them. If the guys came across an issue they only came to me with a solution, taking the worry away. Project took 6 months only

We appointed Chris and his team to build our two storey domestic extension and we're very pleased that we did. The team were incredibly friendly, approachable, considerate and knowledgeable and we're very happy with the end result. What can I say. From day 1 of meeting with the Architect to leaving my new home 2.5 years later the experience with Collyer Construction has been amazing. The support Chris gave me through the planning and design process was second to none.
From Day 1 of the build all the team arrived promptly in smart branded clothes. Everyone was polite and helpful and explained everything they were doing. All the subcontractors were also professional and punctual.
The quality of all aspects of the renovation was top quality. From initial strip out of the house, roof, carpentry, painting, plumbing and decoration

As first-timers to a house extension project, we’ve been delighted with Collyer Construction. Chris was customer-focused, calm and reassuring throughout and we felt that he always considered the build from our perspective. The site was kept tidy and secure, our neighbours were considered at all times and his team were a pleasure to have around. Most importantly, the build quality and finish was superb and we were on time and to budget. We have no hesitation in recommending them, and have done several times already!
