Curtains are good but it is terrible customer service. The owner Jordon came across as a decent guy, but they are so incompetent in the operation, from email communication, making appointments, and etc. I started talking with them in Jan 2021 for a 2 bedroom flat project and still today I am still chasing them to fix problems they did during an earlier installation as well as to install a blind that was ordered 2 months back. During the whole process I spent so much time chasing and took time off work to wait for them, but they just do not care. I took 5-6 days off in the past two weeks waiting

It has been exactly a year since our curtains were installed and I can say that the quality is definitely top-notch! The curtains in both our living room and bedroom still look beautiful and make such a big difference compared to without them at the beginning. Plus, they definitely keep the room completely dark at night and so no longer need to put on a sleeping mask!

Had a very positive experience with the selecting and purchasing of my curtains. Found it very difficult to find makers with a varied mix of patterns as all seemed to offer the same. I love the pattern, finish and quality of the ones I have from Made.com. Once final measurements were given, the curtains arrived in about a weeks time. Impressive!

Unfortunately I've had a terrible experience with Made Curtains. The initial sales process with Jordan was amazing but after payment the total opposite. Took almost 2 months of chasing after I'd paid to have the curtains installed. Only to have curtains too short for one room on cheap tracks and wrong installation in another room to the point I can't fully open the door to go outside. I was told I'd get Silent gliss corded tracks. Nope far from it.
Contacted Annette and Jordan after installation and have chased them a few times and no reply. However they have instantly responded to my review here

We had 3 rooms that Jordan helped us fit with curtains and smart electrical blinds. Jordan in particular is an extremely friendly and genuinely caring guy! He was very responsive and didn't mind us asking a million questions about the different systems. The entire team was extremely professional right from start (advising on materials and systems) and up to the end (fitting and installation guides for the electrical blinds). We definitely recommend Jordan and the entire team to anyone who is looking for excellent service and high-quality materials and fitting.
