Onspot Surveys was established in 1996 by Director Mark Rochelle. Mark has nearly 40 years experience in the Drainage industry, having surveyed much of the drainage around Devon and Cornwall over the years means his local knowledge is incomparable. Our office staff have 10 years of experience in producing CAD drawings and drainage survey reports to meet water and sewerage company requirements for adoption.
Although most surveys are achievable without man-entry sometimes confined space entry is required to complete accurate and full surveys. At Onspot our site staff are highly trained in all aspects of confined space entry works and carry on board an extensive range of equipment and gas monitoring systems to ensure we can meet our clients confined space needs.
Depending on the requirements of the Client, we can sample properties anywhere between a 5% - 100% test rate to gain an understanding of the network over large areas. For example, to get a basic understanding of a town, a 10% sample will help identify roads or estates that are likely to contribute rainwater towards the foul network flows.
