We recommend you have a Full Sweep at Least once per year for moderate use - We can advise if interim sweeps are required dependent on use - you will receive an Insurance approved Sweep Safe Certified certificate on completion. At fully swept we use the latest chimney power sweeping equipment, its deeper clean removes much more debris, and due to the way we seal the opening, this prevents less harmful dust entering the home.

Outstanding service from a true specialist in his trade. Will was brilliant throughout from ordering our stove, dropping our liner and installing everything. He truly loves his work and won't put his name to something he doesn't feel is absolutely right for the customer.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Fully Swept. From the first call to arrange the visit, Will was friendly, efficient and easy to do business with. Today, he arrived punctually with full PPE which was really impressive - it is very safe to have Will working in your home. He didn't make a jot of mess/dust and everything was well covered by him anyway. The price was very reasonable too and we will ask Will every time in future. It is rare these days to deal with such a professional, knowledgeable and pleasant individual and he brightened our Monday as well as our chimney! Many, many thanks

Fully Swept came to our aid in the quickest time. We were in the process of having a log burner installed which was being prevented by a big blockage inside the flue. Fully Swept jumped to our aid and came out the next day on his day off to remove the blockage. He was here for ages. He removed three birds nests and some rubble that had been stuck in the flue. What came out was shocking. He was very organised, clean, methodical and friendly. We could not thank him enough for coming to our rescue. Worth his weight in gold. We would happily recommend his services to anyone. We will be sure to use

Fantastic service from Fully Swept. We have a multi-fuel stove that has not been cleaned for some time. The job ended up taking longer than he expected but we were still only charged the standard amount. Very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.

Sometimes just saying great service and thanks undersells just what a good job someone has done. Not only was the chimney swept in a clean professional way, but I was also helped with problems with the fire itself. Chimney sweeping may not be something needed often, but at least now I know exactly who to call in future and I will happily recommend this service to anyone who needs it.

Incredible professional service - called yesterday and they managed to fit us in today. Arrived exactly within the 1 hour time slot as arranged and was quick, tidy and friendly.
Not only incredible service - but brilliantly COVID-19 safe - mask and protection was second to none.

Recommended by Focus Fireplaces York. Very impressed with level of service and speed in which we were able to book a service of both our log burners. Will gave honest advice during initial phone call and was very friendly. During service he gave advice about a repair needed and we will definitely arrange for him to do this. Also gave good advice about safety precautions we hadn’t received from any other sweep.
