Suitable for homes with open fires, wood burning & multi-fuel stoves. Only available to our customers in the Yorkshire region.

Services
Along with the annual sweep you get a 30% discount on spares & parts with the Essential package, & a range of FREE spares & repairs on our Complete package. Which can include replacement Bird Guards & replacement stove parts that are broken or damaged on all main brand stoves. We will arrange at least one annual sweep after the winter season and prior to the next winter season.

Very very poor service, nice to talk to, get a problem, then turn childish and ridiculous, it's shocking the service, promise call backs, doesn't happen, ring again doesn't happen, it really annoys me, company's like this, have all the yap and then when things go problematic which happens, try to be clever and IDIOTIC.I can't vouch for other customers, but I was glad to see the back of these people, if they just did what they said they would do, I wouldn't be here writing this, , look around., and I personally would of give them a zero if I could of, and the owner mark Leicester leaving his own

Explained I wasn't sure if I needed my chimney cleaning as it was being blocked up. Didn't need doing but was charged £59 anyway and the debris was left so had to do it myself. Will not use them again. Very poor indeed.
This company got back to me ASAP and gave me a full refund so the initial issue has now been sorted . Happy they were professional about it.

Rang the company for a service and smoke test for my multi burner. A convenient time was arranged and a price given for the service. The technician was Richard and arrived a little bit early but I was happy with that. He was very chatty, friendly and full of advice on how to make my stove more efficient and cut the costs for the future. I can only say that from the recommendation from a friend, the first call to Pete the sweep and the service I received from Richard, the experience has been second to none and will only ever use this company in the future... Highly recommend

Arranged an appointment and waited for the chimney sweep to turn up, having emphasized that the appointment window was important to me so that I could pick up/drop off kids from school. When no one had turned up by the end of the appointment window, I phoned to check if the sweep was on the way and tell them to wait if I was out. It turned out that no appointment was on the system and my follow-up appointment for a HETAS engineer to install a multi-fuel burner was also lost.
