Kitchen Solutions completely renovated my kitchen. They used very high end products (Rutt cabinetry, Subzero, etc).. They were paid by me promptly. I then recommended a friend who was putting in a double professional style kitchen into her home. A few years later when I needed to add an additional cabinet I contacted them by phone and was unable to get them to respond. I then took the train all the way to the Bronx to speak with them. I met with the owner who promised to work with me on this. Once I left their office they never returned any phone calls or did anything. I needed them to measure
