We also service a wide range of other appliances but of course we specialise in combination boilers, however, the reduced complexity of standard gas appliances means we are more than qualified to deal with these and usually at a lower cost than our competitors. Whether you are interested in saving the planet or just your wallet a new high efficiency boiler can pay you back between 10-20% of your annual gas bill and usually at a lower cost than our competitors. Plus if you fit the new EMSS system (weather compensation) you could save another 10-15% off the bill, "now that's squeezing your gas".
We carry out landlords gas safety inspections, when we service the appliance we offer the certificate for just 5.00. It is not common knowledge but CBS would like it known that a landlords gas safety inspection is not a service it is the equivalent to a vehicle mot. CBS boilers would prefer to service the appliance then issue the certificate for a reasonable price.

CBS fixed a previous combi-boiler that two other companies had failed to fix (Ignition was constantly playing up). I had to beg them to get on their client list as they had too much business and were turning away new clients- fortunately they agreed to and fixed the issue quickly. We have had our current boiler serviced by them for 5 years now and all is good - they are always polite, friendly, helpful and on time with no fuss but most importantly there are no issues with my heating system. If you can, get on their customer list and your heating will always be one less thing you need to worry about

CBS always provides a great service. I had used them load of times for boiler services, and when we moved home, we needed a new boiler. Their quote was very good (over £500 cheaper that Gasway on a like for like quote) and they were very neat and tidy when working. We received a courtesy call the following week by the company owner to check the level of work, which was a nice touch.
