Your blanket no-return policy is absolutely unreasonable. Through no fault of my own, I now have £285-worth of digital heating controls that I can't use, despite the best efforts of my local heating engineer. Even though the kit has never been out of the box, and I have even offered to pay a handling charge, you flatly refuse to behave like a professional business, showing that customer satisfaction is your lowest priority.

I have been using this place for years. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They have good knowledge of common faults and have many parts on the shelf. Sometimes you pay ever so slightly more for a part but I'm always happy to shop here for the excellent customer service.
