Andy is a Professional and knows his field very well. . He keeps you informed of the time of arrival and explains things during the job. He is very pleasant and friendly. Andy is a Star who came to our rescue when British gas home care left us over 2 weeks with no heating due to a leak under the floorboards which they failed to solve.
Andy was happy to go under the floor in water and get really dirty to fix the leak and get our heating up and running again.
We can't thank him enough for helping us when we were desperate and we will be calling Andy to do our heating jobs in the future and no more British gas for us

Our boiler broke down on Friday morning. Andy brought a new one on Monday and had it up and running within hours. He was very communicative and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I was initially unsure about hiring a gas engineer from the internet, but Andy is highly professional and reliable and I needn't have worried. Top-quality boiler service.

I phoned Andy after my elderly grandma's boiler broke down and left her with no heating and hot water. Being unrepairable, a new boiler was fitted within 2 days at a very reasonable price. Andy and his work mate were friendly, efficient and left the place clean and tidy.
