I had a radiator leak, was able to get an engineer within 2-3 hours. Was given a 4 hour time slot however due to work I was not available so they worked around the gap which I had between my shifts. Engineer arrived, was efficient, friendly and very helpful. Got to the problem as soon as he checked the radiator. Was able to fix within minutes. Have recommended to family and friends. Great service, keep it up

I had NI gas services out from Bradford, what a bunch of lying miserable conning engineers, I was told by a friend to use MR REACTIVE from Bradford. Lovely set of lads,great service,pleasant honest got to the problem advised me further on how to maintain my boiler. I will only use these guys moving forward and highly recommend all to use you will not be disappointed.

Mohammed Faizan from Mr. Reactive was very professional, efficient and was able to diagnose the fault even in an old uncommon boiler.
As an engineer he has very good knowledge and understanding of functions and diagnoses which he explained very well.
He also arrived a day before he was schedule to do the job and I would recommend him every time.
