If you are looking for a new bathroom I cannot recommend Baden Bathrooms highly enough!
From the beginning of the consultation process Ashley was friendly, knowledgable and professional (and very patient with my in-decisiveness!). He really helped me bring to life the vision I had for our bathroom as I struggled with visualising it. He didn't fob me off when he heard our budget (as other bathroom companies had done!), but instead patiently and diligently worked with me over multiple visits to the studio and our home to find products that fitted our budget whilst not making me feel rushed or pressured

No stars really! Very unimpressed with Ashley who conducted a site visit very recently and was to follow-up with arrangements for updating wc and bathroom. Not even the courtesy of a telephone call after I left a message wit his colleague. I am well established in the GU12JJ area so will not be recommending Baden Bathrooms to friends and others who are considering updating their bathrooms. The window dressing is good but one has to look behind that!

We absolutely love our new bathroom. Cannot thank Jeremy and the team at Baden enough. From the designing and planning to the finish everything was faultless. The quality of the bathroom suite is superb, and the fitting, tiling and finish is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of help deciding on finishing touches we would not have thought of. Would highly recommend a visit to the lovely showroom in Guildford if you are thinking of a new bathroom. For a top quality, modern, bespoke touch, this is the place to go.

We had our en-suite fitted out by Jeremy and his team at Baden Bathrooms. It was a very professional experience from start to finish. All requests we made were accommodated and with a knowledgeable eye to detail. Everything ran to schedule and we are more than happy with the finished product. Equally impressive was Jeremy's after sales support when we wanted to source a product which we couldn't find; Jeremy tracked down a supplier who delivered it free of charge. Highly recommended.

When I first went in to see Jeremy, I didn't really know what I wanted. A look around the Baden showroom and I pretty much knew exactly! After a survey in the same week, we had our 3D plans and quote back within 5 days. All of the guys that worked on our home were really considerate, careful, polite and friendly. When I had questions, they took the time to explain how things were going to work. The quality of the workmanship more than exceeded my expectation, and the materials used are just great. My wife and I still walk in to the bathroom in the morning and can't believe it's in our house! We
