Called to order, advised not able to deliver for 10 days - fine, not a problem. When asked what I wanted to order and I advised 3 meter sleepers I was told they would not deliver them as they are ‘too busy’ to just deliver sleepers and that delivery would cost (which is not a problem). Wouldn’t have minded but also spent a considerable amount with this company over the last year as done a full house refurb and all wood come from here! Poor poor service.

3 weeks ago I ordered some fencing , had to wait 10 days for delivery which was fine , when delivery date arrived there was no sign of the fencing , after numerous phone calls you decided after telling me it was in the wagon that it must have got lost and you stated that you will redeliver it the next day , later on that evening it emerged through… social media that you had delivered it to the wrong address ( which we reiterated my address in all phone calls ) , so we had to go collect in cars , now today I placed a order for some more fencing , you stated that delivery was £14 when
