I would seriously consider trading elewhere than this Precisionglass company of Newcastle. I ordered a small item three weeks ago and after FIVE phone calls which I was treated to lies, excuses, apologies and promises of "Tomorrow" I never got the goods.
They did cash in my Pay-Pal however.
Buyer be warned !!!

The company are still operating and they contacted me recently to say that Andy (the guy that stole my money and lots of others money) doesn't work there anymore and there is a new director. Apparently, the company aren't at fault for not returning my money, as it was Andy's the previous owners responsibility - !! No, I gave my money to the company, I don't care who has left their employ, I paid the company and the company need to pay me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
