Kitchens Plus founders Dave and Joe opened their first shop in Heaton Road. They started out by installing Kitchens & Bedrooms while providing second to none customer service. The very foundation of our business philosophy. At this time, Dave and Joe, decided to expand the business. We would begin to manufacture the products as well as fitting them.

What a joke these people are
2 day fit is now going into a 3rd month
They do not care about customers problems at all
Make false promises and lie through there back teeth
Paid over 10k for a sub standard kitchen with bodged up workmanship
They have no customer skills whatsoever
I've been fobbed off for 2 months now
Use these people at your own perril
Im now having to start legal proceedings
They advertise hassle free lol 2 months of hassle grief and stress for me and my wife
Once they get paid your of no interest to them
AVOID AT ALL COST

I had both a kitchen and bathroom fitted with kitchens plus the kitchen I had a wall knocked out to make the kitchen and living room open plan the builders and kitchen fitters were great cleaned up every day well pleased, The bathroom on the other hand not so great at first loved it but within a couple of months toilet started leaking the shower screen rubber on the bottom fell off which they did replace had a fitter come out who said the shower screen had been fitted the wrong way round !! And now two years on the shower is leaking no pouring water out won't turn off £6000 for a small bathroom

Poor show, absolute cowboy act, no customer skills, misselling products with hard sell using fear tactics. No remorse, not bothered about unsatisfactory standard of work more likely to avoid conversation with customer and then ridiculing customer for daring to complain an extremely high turnover of staff avoid like the plague, there are lot's more decent hardworking local companies out there who would treat there customers with respect and value.

Decided to send my customer down here to get a price for a kitchen *supply only*. Informed them myself by visiting the store that I would be doing this. So customer comes into store, ends up being quoted £22k for a kitchen that should be 6-7k! extortionate pricing. Once my customer mentioned in no uncertain terms that he would not be paying that kind of price they dropped the price to 16k, so they can just knock 6 grand off just like that? just goes to show how much they are ripping people off. Not only that they offered fitting services to MY CUSTOMER knowing that I had sent them down there!

Kitchens Plus are without a doubt the WORST company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Paid for assembled units and was delivered 3/4 of the kitchen flat packed and some of it didn't actually have the holes drilled in for the hinges to fit.
My fitter said it was the worst quality kitchen he'd ever fitted.
Myself and my wife were lied to and fobbed off for weeks till we eventually got enough pieces to put something together.
Worktops arrived the wrong colour and once again we were lied to about the reason behind their mistake.
We're now taking legal action.

Kitchensplus have installed our new kitchen. As with any work there were issues, however these were dealt with and sorted in the time frame we expected. They are by no means the cheapest on the market and of we were looking for cheap we wouldn't have used them. They are though professional, friendly and helpful, from the designer to the plumber from the surveyor to the kitchen fitter all were brilliant. I was kept informed daily about what was happening and when. In my eyes definite value for money, giving us exactly what we wanted in a time frame that matched ours. Excellent and I would recommend

Had a new kitchen fitted, everything was timed famously...no stress whatsoever they did everything and telephoned each day to see if I was happy with progress, which I certainly was. End result a beautiful new kitchen I’m so happy with. I would recommend this company for sure!

From the start, Lauren was amazing giving us ideas. Both fitters were gentleman clean tidy and made a fabulous fitting. I have a Dream Bathroom now. Molly rang every day to check excellent service.
