Since moving premises to Newcastle's railway arches, our offerings as a business have grown. Our move across the city came with a location that was three times larger than our last, but that doesn't mean that we've compromised on the quality of our services. In fact, we have gone on to prove that bigger can sometimes mean better as we now have several design awards under our belt.
You can now meet with one of our award-winning designers online. We can discuss in detail in your ideas, aesthetic tastes, layout, and appliance requirements etc. If you have architectural plans or you've taken detailed measurements, we can review these and have a detailed discussion on what will work best for you.
A matt kitchen finish provides a smooth texture to kitchen units and surfaces but without the shine and deep reflections featured in high gloss kitchen finishes. Matt finishes can successfully create subtle, understated kitchen designs, achieving a true sense of refined luxury. Matt kitchens are easy to maintain, extremely durable and can also be more resistant to fingerprints and marks.
Bringing a bold injection of glamour to the kitchen environment, metallic kitchens are very much on trend. These eye-catching, luxury doors can be incorporated as a standalone statement kitchen, or else used in conjunction with other kitchen units and materials for an impressive kitchen contrast. Haus12 team designed, supplied and fitted a quality German kitchen in 2015. Despite the kitchen manufacturer going out of business and the product being well out of guarantee, I contacted John McNeil when we had a problem with the finishing on one of the doors. John immediately arranged for a survey. The original kitchen fitter removed the door, took it away and returned a few days later. Same door was refitted, looks as good as new. No quibble, no argument about warranty period, no charge. EXCELLENT customer service.

improve our space were fantastic through the whole design process which made it very easy for us to choose Haus12. Schedules on installation were well communicated and the actual fitting by Lee was first class. All subcontractors used were friendly, professional and highly recommended too.

We went to John to help us design our new kitchen as we knew what we wanted but no clue how to achieve it. From the moment we spoke nothing was too much hassle, John kept altering his designs till we were happy , and he managed to accommodate all our requirements, which no other high street company could achieve. His knowledge and design ideas are second to none, he has transformed the way we live, our kitchen is the new family hub we spend so much time in here, from cooking and eating family meals to socialising and entertaining guests. We have so much more storage, but with more room to cook

I remember we decided to call into John's showroom on a whim as we had been getting rather depressed looking at the run of the mill kitchens from the major manufacturers. Three hours later after some really detailed discussions on what we really wanted, the decision to go with Haus12 was made. John has an incredible mind for design and made suggestions that we would never have thought of. At one point we were considering an extension, but after discussion, John highlighted to us the benefits of existing space and how he could transform it into a kitchen space which met our small family's needs

After seeing Haus 12’s work online, we called for an initial consultation with John, who is really personable and friendly. The showroom demonstrates the fantastic quality of the kitchens and we were really keen on the anti fingerprint door fronts available, which we’ve not seen anywhere else. Through a combination of really good design and practicality we have a really well thought out and beautiful kitchen.
From the very start until the end I can honestly say the service has been excellent, John is certainly not pushy he listens to your needs and then discusses solutions to the problems.
We use this kitchen and all of the small and big ideas for space and usage have worked out to exactly match our needs.

A german kitchen specialist, John and the team at Haus12 are incredibly knowledgeable in this area of expertise. Always very responsive and not afraid to design to push conventional design boundaries, John's attention to detail is second to none complemented by a great installation team.
