A contractor worth waiting for. A professional and personable contractor who you could invite into any setting. Lloyd has excellent communication skills and was an absolute pleasure to have in a very tight space. Ordered, clean, tidy and timely. Lloyd is a great electrician all round. He's very good at communicating and replied to any emails, texts or WhatsApps the same day. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very helpful throughout the process. His quote was very detailed, so there's no guessing what's included and what services you are getting. His work was neat and thorough, all the fittings were nicely labeled with stickers. He is polite and friendly, following safety rules and overall, could not have done a better job.

I was looking to have a consumer unit fitted into my dated property and didn't understand the process nor reason for needing one. Lloyd was very patient and clear when explaining the reasons behind this. He arrived on time, was very polite and friendly and simply got on with the job to the best of his ability. Lloyd tidied up after himself and only left once I was completely satisfied with the job. I would thoroughly recommend Lloyd for any electrical work.

I couldn’t recommend enough. I was suffering of a complex fault causing the lights to trip, and I was desperate and on the edge of losing all hope to have it fixed. I had had several technicians coming to check and none of them had been able to find the fault or fix the issue (despite charging me for their useless time...), until I found Lloyd. Not… only he fixed the issue, he went above and beyond in order for me to be satisfied with the repair. One of the very few professionals I’ve really noticed he cares about customer’s satisfaction rather than money! And an excepcional

I had such an amazing experience with Lloyd today! Lloyd was such an professional individual who ensured he communicated at all times. Lloyd explained the process of fitting my light, which made me feel at ease at understand the process. Lloyd also made sure I was happy with the work completed before leaving my property which was good.

Lloyd fitted our new oven and induction hob this week and we could not have been happier with the job. The booking process was exceptionally efficient and he then kept in touch even to the point of being able to track his van as he drove to the house. The work was extremely professional and we felt we were in very good hands. Lloyd was also simply a really nice guy to interact with.
