I rang up enquiring about a commercial property in Brighton. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Will Thomas. He made it very clear that me contacting him was an inconvenience, overall rude and condescending. The listing on Rightmove "To Rent" on the commercial page - was apparently incorrect and this is Rightmove's fault - nothing to do with him (even though agents are responsible for listing their own portfolio and ensuring the content is accurate). Absolutely Useless. Take weeks to fix important issues, such as broken gates and doors, resulting in bikes being stolen. Took a month for them to fix my neighbours post box which someone had smashed in. Then charged me £600 to leave my tenancy early because of the “fees” required and possibility of the property being vacant.... A new tenant was found immediately and moved in a week after I moved out, so it’s very clear that the landlord lost out on £0 of rent.. I wouldn’t recommend, and neither would 3 of my other neighbours that I spoke to. It’s safe to say that I will not be using
