Nitan and Hugh were absolutely fantastic, they went the extra mile to make sure that i got everything I needed. Their products are great and my bathrooms look spectacular!. My downstairs bathroom i used a framed picket fence(which i was a little reluctant)and i can not explain to you how beautiful they look! one evening when my kitchen was being worked on and i ran out of tiles, they met me after hours to bring a box to me.. that is amazing customer service.
They were patient, they had great suggestions, I would definitely recommend them.

We went in looking for tile for several projects for our new home. Feeling completely overwhelmed and a little uninspired from the home depot and lowes products we found Hugh at Tile Sense. We just bought our first house and got surprised with an emergency master bathroom renovation. We were overwhelmed with choosing shower tiles and flooring, as we had never renovated before. We had a perfect customer service. When I called Hugh I was very confused where to start our bathroom renovation from. He took care of everything, helped us to choose the right tiles on our budget, the workers recommended by him finished the renovation within days and we are very satisfied with the work done.
