This is how customer service should be done. Don’t be put off by the exterior of the building, inside they have a huge range of floor tiles. Possibly the best of any place we visited and prices that are very reasonable.
Andrew the owner allowed us to take home a number of full size samples (much more useful than the 2 inch square samples you get from online stores) and we kept these for far longer than originally promised. This was of no consequence to Andrew.
I have since been allowed to take a couple of boxes of a particular floor tile to get a better idea of the tile in the space. No deposit
