Having completed my electrical apprenticeship back in 1999 I spent the next 13 years travelling the country working in all aspects of the industry. This allowed me to gain good knowledge and expertise in my chosen field. Driven by my ambition to run my own electrical business I continued to study and add to my electrical qualifications.
An Electrical Installation Condition Report is a report regarding the condition of the electrical installation in a home and to identify any safety shortcomings, defects or deviations from the current revision of the electrical regulations BS7671. An electrical installation condition report should be performed by a qualified electrician with the necessary experience and extensive knowledge of the type of installation they are testing.
Having recently bought a repossessed house we needed a lot of work doing.
