I needed an urgent EICR report and found MDBS online, who are closeby in South London. They were very attentive and accomodating. Hannah at the office is very responsive and happy to help. They completed the report and some remedial work at the agreed timeline in a very professional manner. The guys at the house were very considerate about the work and left the place perfectly tidy when they left. If you need electricians, I highly recommend MDBS!

We use several electrical contractors for different works and more particularly during the implementation of new EICR Regulations have used MD Bespoke Solutions to carry out remedial works and issue EICR Certificates on a number of properties.
I've found them very professional to deal with when arranging the viewing, quick turnaround time to receive reports, paperwork and certificates and in several cases when we have had comparable quotes for a property, have been fairly priced.
Our tenants have also found the engineers on site, courteous and professional.

Previous review checks out, as I had an entirely similar experience. Electrical safety inspection on let property, certificate with a host of C2 observations requiring "urgent" remedial work, quoted to a total of over £1000.
Consulted with other electricians, two of whom looked at the property and said most observations were nonsense. I booked this company for an Electrical Inspection Condition Report as they covered my local area. The electrician that came for the testing was friendly but something felt off about the quote I received to bring my property up to "standard", totaling £1000 for a one bed flat. I got a second opinion from another company and sure enough they questioned some of the items that had been highlighted and carried out the required work for a fraction of the price. I received the reports that I paid for in a timely manner, hence the two stars.
