At Blades Heating Limited we like to give our customers the best service possible, with this in mind we have a number of great services to provide just that. All carried out by our fully trained and friendly staff. Before we quote for most appliances or a heating installation, we first send out a member of our staff to survey the customers home.
Over the years there have been many great things associated with an AGA, like amazing cooking, it's the heart of the home, but over time there have been a few falsehoods and we would like to take the opportunity of helping customers better understand the AGA. Below are a number regular falsehoods we come across along with truthful answers.
If you love the original - on all the time - AGA, but want added functionality and to save money on running costs, then the new 13-amp AGA R3 Series is the perfect cooker for you. Blades is a fantastic company. The staff are always friendly and incredibly helpful, even providing diagnosis and maintenance advice over the phone. On both occasions I have booked them, their engineer David arrived on time and was thorough and respectful of my home. I will certainly be using them again in future. I’m updating this review (previously 2 stars). It’s been brought to my attention that it may be churlish or unfair to give Blades a low rating because they sold us a lemon of an Aga. In reality the people at Blades have been reasonable and helpful and my real gripe is more with Aga.
If your heart is absolutely set on owning an Aga, Blades are definitely good people to go with. My advice however is please, please save yourself the heart ache and agro and don’t get an Aga.
