Poor unprofessional service… I regret not reading the reviews first…. Aggressive…. He would not answer planning department’s requests…. Quick to deny he.s not doing his job and didn’t.t apologise for not completing his contractual duties….. even though I proved he was lacking….. AVOID THIS CONMAN AT ALL COSTS.

I don't enjoy writing negative reviews but my advice is to stay clear of Justin and you can save the months of issues he causes. The negative reviews are the same experience I endured. Very unprofessional and becomes aggressive with his emails when you try to discuss issues with his work. I would not recommend.

Started off good, plenty of ideas and communication etc.... then drawings started to be wrong, communication lacked massively as he is always on holiday, pushes and pushes your project through his own “contacts” for commission, totally in it just for the money not customer satisfaction. Personally I would avoid and take your money elsewhere, I’ve even noticed he has even reviewed himself .... says it all really

I totally agree with other negative feedback on here. He was highly unprofessional and a time and money waster. I have dealt with justin the manager and I found him unprofessional . He simply wasted my time and money with him. I wasnt happy with his drawings and I wasnt happy with the way he dealt with the application with the planning department.

We dealt with Justin in our house extension. he helped us in every step to achieve the design we would like. he is really very professional, very helpful. we didn't feel any stress as he took care of planning permission with council, he chased the planning throughout to make sure we have it as soon as possible. we are very happy to recommend Justin and his company. Wife and I both took time off work to speak to this person about an extension and garage conversion and draw up plans. He never offered any design guidance apart from in respect to trees. Never heard anything for 2 weeks. Contacted him and he said he was busy with other work and couldn't offer any services. Completely wasted our time and my work holiday - thoroughly unprofesssional. Think carefully before using. He has also given himself a 5* review on here.
