Have literally should said goodbye to their fitters who installed a new patio window, kitchen window and kitchen window lentil. What can I say about them? Well the not quite so good stuff. We had to press them for a delivery date but in fairness this was due to supply problems which most people are experiencing accross all walks of life. The good stuff. They came on time as promised yesterday and have spent two days installing some quality windows.Their fitters, Carl and Jamie 'put a shift in' and never really stopped working. These guys are insults to cowboys. At least cowboys don't turn up after saying they will. These guys won't even answer your calls.
We ordered £24k worth of windows on the 31st march and still hasn't been fitted mid September. The receptionist answers calls and you never get a call back. Never answer emails. You go see them face to face and they are nice but ignor you soon as you leave the premises.
The took the deposit and sayy they will fight you in court if you want it back. Absolute CONMEN. AVOID AT ALL COST.

At first Pelsall seem like a reliable company we placed an order and that's when the all the mess started ,no communication of when we would receive our windows and door not even a update on if it was gonna be late or not , I would have to chase them up myself and still it was 4 months over due. Im extremely disappointed in the company. When they came out they still messed the job up and I'm still waiting on them to fit all the mistake and finish the job off and no answers for 2 monthd now, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This company is a joke . They cannot get any of the measurements correct.
First they started putting in the bathroom windows which are 4" to small then the patio doors can't have glass fitted to them because the glass was way to big to fit in the frames .
If you are thinking of getting windows think twice before you have this company.

Oct 2020 Amy took our deposit and ensured us that fitting would be done in 6 weeks.
Dec 2020, chased and told fitting would now be mid Feb 2021. Planned to sell in March 2021 so Matt told us we could use deposit up until Dec 2021.
From Feb 2021 up until June 2021, I have left several messages and sent emails to try and book in some work.
To date, Matt has not returned any call or replied to any emails.
Please seriously think twice before entering into buisness with a company like Pelsall Windows, who have no concept of communication or customer service.

Pelsall windows supplied and fitted a composite door. Service, expertise and quality of the product range is excellent, lots of advice and information to enable you to make the best choice. The fitters are very experienced and have done a great job whilst taking absolute care for our property, transformed the front of our home. Would highly recommend.
