Had 6 windows and a front door from here in approximately 2014 with a "10 year warranty"
Had a gap develop hinge side on 1 window around 3 years in. Called them up only to be told the company had changed hands so they had no record of us. Provided proof of purchase with a bank statement to then be told the hinge was faulty and those were only guaranteed for 2 years not 10 like the rest of the window.
I'd recommend checking the details of any warranty they provide based on our experience with this company.
