After having contacted Russ, who did visit my home & price the job requested, he & his wife Jo constantly failed to return our telephone calls, failed to turn up with the alleged plans he had drafted regarding the job in hand & acted totally unprofessionally
Sadly, having spoken to other people who tried to employ this company, Russ has a history of total inconsistency!!!!!
I have now employed an alternative company who have shown a far better, professional attitude towards potential customers
One final, although hugely important issue, I need a drainage system installing fitting along with
