I needed a fridge with icebox 55cm width. It's 30c outside. I rang in the morning they had what I wanted and although fully booked they delivered before the end of the day. Removed box and delivered to the exact location. Currys and Argos and Amazon were not able to match this local service. Would recommend this service and I feel I will more likely to go to them in future. Big thanks

Last October we had to replace my daughter's washing machine at her flat which she had just rented out. O'Gorman Bicester shop responded immediately and delivered replacement as required.
This time we had to replace our own integrated washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Once again we approached O'Gorman but despite every effort by the shop team, integrated units were impossible to obtain and we decided to revert to freestanding with installation by their team.
Units delivered as agreed and despite some difficulties installing within the integrated spaces this was completed speedily

I rang to check they were open as I wanted advice on a series of items I have now just purchased from AO for £7800. The guy in the Kidlington shop was unhelpful refused to give me any details or could not comment on questions regarding items on website which I assumed being independent and advertising for sale they would have knowledge of. Due to Covid I had to stand in the street and talk through an open door which is understandable, however the guy retreated further and further into the shop insisting I re apply my mask even though I was technically standing outside (in the rain ) on there pavement

Recently needed to replace my dishwasher and I was keen to support a local high street business. Nothing but very bad experience with this business, they are selling fake stock on the website!! I have bought expensive dishwasher Neff S517T80D6E From them to only find out that they have sold out them 2 days after purchase! Now I am waiting for refund and only God will know when I will get my £1019 back. £979 for dishwasher and £40 for delivery! Avoid, avoid, avoid. It’s better to go to bigger companies who manage stock properly and not lure customers with fake products! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I was looked after by Pauline in the Bicester store and she was really knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to choose a new washing machine. She explained the differences between the machines so that I could make an advised choice and arranged delivery and installation the same day. The engineer was really polite and helpful, fitted the new machine very efficiently and explained how the machine programmes worked.

Excellent service by O'Gormans a phone call to their shop at 4.45 pm on a Saturday and i had a new washing machine delivered and installed monday morning. There was fault with the machine and they attended within the hour and then again later in the day with a new machine. I cannot rate this service highly enough. Am so pleased I went with an honest local company.
