Appalling customer service. Bought a heat pump tumble dryer in readiness for house move. First time used water leaked from machine . Engineer attended allegedly sorted until it happened a second time. Engineer… attended again . Last night happened again and floor flooded. Do not buy from AO . I made that mistake! AO say that Bosch have to make three attempts to fix before considering a replacement. Machine still under guarantee and used less than a dozen times! Can’t get an engineer until end of month!

Bought washing machine, literally 13 months old developed a leak took over 2 weeks to send engineer, unable to fix it found hole in drum. Still waiting 2 weeks later and no confirmation of when part will arrive let alone when it'll be fixed. refused to replace. shocking service will never buy bosch product again. 2 time this has gone wrong!!!

Appalling customer service! My iron was faulty, I had to send it back to them to look at and go weeks without an iron before they authorised a new iron. That replacement iron arrived in March 2021 and surprise surprise the iron has gone wrong! And the ONLY thing that they can offer is as before- send it in, they take their own sweet time looking at… it before they decide what they can offer… I didn’t buy an iron for hundreds of pounds for nothing! I NEED an iron! Daily! I asked to speak to a manager only to have the man I speak to be rather rude, finally “attempt&rdquo

Don’t ever buy Bosch appliances. Once they get their money they don’t care about aftercare. I have 2 ovens and 2 microwaves. The front of all 4 appliances have little rust spec all over. Their engineer came and did a report which was 3 weeks ago and said you will hear from the technical team by the end of the week? 3 weeks later I called yesterday… the assistant said the engineer will chase it up and will let you know tomorrow. Tomorrow came and again nothing. I called again and the manager I spoke with Michael was rude and not helpful at all, saying you used another cleaning

Nov 27 - My 89-yr-old housebound father calls in the morning to say he has no hot water or heating. I contact Bosch to be told the soonest anyone can come out is Nov 30... i.e., not for 3 days.
Nov 30 - Engineer arrives, immediately says 'I haven't seen that one before!' Apparently fixes it, but soon afterwards the same fault comes back.
Dec 6 - I call again to arrange a repair. This time, the soonest an engineer can come is Dec 11... i.e., not for 5 days.
Dec 11 - Engineer calls to say the postcode he has is wrong. He is in LE3 and dad is LE17 - too far to go. Admin error. Someone calls and

Ridiculous! I’ve had the kettle 7 months and the lid is broken I thought I would give them a call and they would replace it no hassle as it is well within the 2 year manufacturers guarantee… Oh no they want it back to fix it!! So I have to go out and buy another kettle to use while they repair the broken one, stupid right! This is Bosch’s policy apparently I would not recommend them and CustmrSrv is useless!!!! 😡😡

I purchased a vacuum and was delighted with it. The head developed a fault, I called and spoke to a team member - who agreed and said it sounded like I needed a new head. She asked a manager whether one could be sent out and was told ‘no an engineer had to come out’ He arrived and said ‘yes you need a new head’ expecting him to have one as this… was potentially the problem, he then informed me that one would be ordered and sent.
